Salon Valeria Client Policies

We believe in flexible and clear policies. Please read our policies and only book a reservation if you understand them. If you have any questions about these policies or about booking an appointment at Salon Valeria, please do not hesitate to ask. Cancellation policy

Due to the high demand of our stylists, Salon Valeria requires a credit card to hold each reservation. All services over 1 hour require a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable for no-shows. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, Salon Valeria requires 48 hour notice. In this case, your deposit will be moved to your next reservation.

Appointments cancelled after 48 hours - card on file will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.

Appointments cancelled  after 24 hours - card on file will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled to be performed.

No shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled to be preformed and will not be rebooked without paying in full for their next appointment.late policy


Late policy

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation, we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled to be performed by that stylist. Our team will do our best to accomodate your needs.


adjustments

Your hair is only guaranteed (insured) when you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner directly through Salon Valeria. If you are not satisfied with your hair for any reason and your hair is insured, your adjustment is complimentary. Please reach out to us directly within 7 days of your service so we can make any necessary adjustments to meet your needs.


adjustments exceptions

Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for this policy for reasons beyond our control.

Who doesn't qualify:

  • Guests enduring a color correction process

  • Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years

  • Guest who's desired goal requires multiple steps/visits

  • Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist adjust their hair

Guests falling under these categories will have to pay for any adjustments at the rate of $100/ hour. Once your desired result is achieved, your stylist will guarantee your hair.
